The Dickinson Area Community Foundation (DACF) and its affiliates, the Crystal Falls Area Community Foundation (CFACF), Norway Area Community Foundation (NACF), and our partnership with the Dickinson Hospitals' Foundation (DHF) scholarship funds are able to accomplish three goals:

To qualify as a charitable activity so as not to jeopardize the tax-exempt status of the Community Foundation;

To provide donors' scholarship funds with an income tax deduction; and
-
To provide income to scholarship recipients that is non-taxable
The purpose of the scholarship funds is determined by the funding donor. Scholarships are determine upon earned income of the fund. Each scholarship has its own criteria.
